This video is part of a series of videos that document J. Earl Danieley lecturing during the class he teaches each Winter Term at Elon University called, Elon: Past, Present, and Future. Included in all the videos in the collection are student presentations on a number of Elon topics, which occur at the end of Danieley"s course. Specifically, in this video the students give a 10 minute presentation on major topics that include: as of 2001, Elon had held over 111 graduating ceremonies; Elon College originally had two graduation ceremonies, one in May and August; and eventually the August graduating ceremony was eliminated from the calendar.
