This video was a part of an annual Elon University program called Staff Appreciation Day, which occurred on the Friday after Commencement in May of each year. The 2010 Staff Appreciation Day video featured staff working throughout the year in cultural events, traditional events (such as Convocation, Commencement, and College Coffee), athletic events, building and space dedications, and around Elon"s campus. Human Resources created the 2010 theme for the Staff Appreciation Day program, which was "If you could sum up the year in one word." The video included staff from various departments answering this question. In addition, there were various Elon University campus shots. The video was played during the Staff Appreciation Day program.
