This video titled, Senior Class Picnic, was produced after the picnic for E-Net on May 20, 2014. The seniors were asked, What is the one thing that you will miss most about Elon? Several students responded to the question in an interview format. Simi Dhaliwal, Class of 2014, Exercise Science, stated, I will miss planning pick-up soccer. Chelsey Stark, Class of 2014, Journalism, said, I think I will miss the most is the small tight community and supports us at game performances and really embraces the Elon community. Toorialey Fazley, Class of 2014, International Studies, said, I will miss the faculty, I love them. Alex Rose, Class of 2014, Broadcast Journalism, stated, The thing I am going to miss the most is the community that we have around campus. I feel that you can get this at any college, but the atmosphere at Elon, just walk door to door to your friends. Or say hello to the most friendly people you will ever meet on campus. It is real unique. A thing that you will not find anywhere else. Eleanor Woodward, Class of 2014, Strategic Communications, stated, I think the thing I will miss the most about Elon is being so close to all my friends. The friendships that were developed here will last a life time. It will be different not seeing them everything day. Kevin Moore, Class of 2014, Media Arts & Entertainment, stated, You get to know people on a whole different level. Like I can go have coffee with a professor or have dinner with a professor and I feel you could not do this at bigger schools. And this is probably the thing I will miss most about Elon. Maggie Achey, Class of 2014, English Professional Writing & Rhetoric, stated, I have had so many amazing opportunities at Elon from Study Abroad to my leadership opportunities. I think the leadership is what I will miss the most. I was involved in New Student Orientation head staff and it gave me wonderful opportunities to grow and develop as a person. The picnic was held for the Senior Class of 2014 graduates, Elon faculty & staff on the lawn behind Martin Alumni Center. The picnic was sponsored by the Office of Alumni Engagement and the Office of the Provost.
