My name is Carson Foushee, Class of 2007. I am grateful to be a part of this historic day at Elon University. My hope for Elon is it continues to be a place where relationships matter. Relationships that are created among students, faculty, and staff—in classrooms, resident halls, and service trips to athletic games and much more. This sets Elon apart as a place to where you matter to those around you. Relationships are at the core of all that Elon is and does. And it is these that carry blessings that last a life time.” Foushee, has assisted with CBF ministries and was ordained by the First Baptist Church of Elon, North Carolina in 2011.
