Black-and-white photograph of the exterior of the W. A. Harper house and the grounds on the front sides. The house was located on the corner of O'Kelly and College Avenue. There are five children playing in the yard close to the house. The photo, which appears on page 227 of the Stokes book, was taken around 1925.
