In the student performance evaluation by agency, the participant is asked to rate the service-learner's performance relating to goals and objectives, sensitivity, responsibility, quality of performance, commitment, adaptability, respect, awareness, and enthusiasm. It asks the participant to explain why they ranked anyone less than satisfactory and to comment on the students strengths and weaknesses.
