Towards a Theory of Internship Learning is a progress report and initial draft of a research effort, offered for discussion and comment to the participants in the SREB conference on off-campus learning. This document contains an abstract, introduction, the underlying framework, the selection of variable for the study, summary of findings, and plans for future analysis.
