In the evaluation of service-learning process by student, it asks the participant to answer a series of questions including where they served, how many hours they served, to describe their service activities, if they would recommend the site to future service learners, if their service enhanced their understanding of course content, if they plan to continue their service, if they would enroll in another course with a service component, and their attitude towards service learning. It also asks what could be done to improve the service and what the most valuable thing that came out of the service learning experience.
