This questionnaire, assembled by Robert Sigmon's graduate assistant David Kiel for the North Carolina Internship Office, is the third and final questionnaire of the summer program. The questionnaire asks questions about how the internship was as a whole, what the internship focused on, major events in the internship, and benefits of the internship. It also asks about the degree of help received and feelings about coworkers and interns.
