This paper was prepared for the 1988 NSIEE Annual Conference. It is a conversation of sorts about experiential education and servant-leadership. Sigmon states that experiential learning based in human need settings is a means for the development of servant-leaders. Sigmon tells the reader about his experience in Pakistan and how it affected him. Sigmon continues by writing about experiential education, servant-leadership, challenges and five questions for experiential educators.
