Colonnades Dining Hall opened in September 2007 and provided multiple types of dining options for students. Upstairs had two all-you-can-eat options along with the 1889 Grill, and downstairs head a convenience market, Boar’s Head Deli and Croutons, a salad bar. Colonnades is located next to the Koury Business Center and was built in order to provide more dining options to students on the north end of campus. After Colonnades opened, Daniel commons closed and Harden’s closed on the weekends. Currently, Colonnades has an all-you-can-eat hall on the second floor that has traditional dining options and Greenworld, another all-you-can-eat location that features vegetarian and vegan options. On the first floor is Fountain Market (a small convenience store), a Boar’s Head Deli, a Croutons Salad Station and a Cheeze Please Sandwiches.
