This meta-analysis reflects synthesized findings and recommendations from twelve inclusive excellence-related reports at Elon University categorized into three clusters. By evaluating the alignment of each cluster’s insights with the Boldly Elon strategic plan and its commitment to inclusive excellence, the analysis identifies cross-cutting themes and proposes recommendations. It also incorporates Elon’s significant institutional advances that are crucial to progress, such as the Advancing Equity Requirement and professional development enhancements. Other notable initiatives are highlighted and demonstrate the university’s capacity to epitomize a model for belonging and well-being. This meta-analysis is not intended to supplant the specific findings
and recommendations of the twelve reports. Focus on that work should continue to be responsive to the unique findings of each study. The overarching goal of this report, however, is to highlight systemic challenges and opportunities to achieve unprecedented student success through inclusive excellence practices across Elon’s academic, social, and administrative dimensions.
