Letter from Anne Wilson to Cousin Will. In the letter she outlines an idea for an invention she has had. She says that it would have saved the War and Navy Departments... thousands of dollars. The invention that she describes would be a copy holder which would make it more efficent for the typist to make copies of documents. She says she has a list of inventions worth billions but every one revealed is stolen. She asks for 75-125 dollars from Will but would be happy with a larger donation.
