Letter from W.H. May to L.H. Gunter who was the District Engineer for the State Highway & Public Works Commission in Graham, NC. W.H. describes a letter that he recieved from Jack Lindley telling him to get in touch with Gunter about the drainage pipes for a road they are building to an almost one hundred year old church.
