Letter from W.H. to Walter where he tells him that he and Wattie do not have money to invest or put into anything at the moment. W.H. says that he does not think that the property would garner very much profit and the best thing that he could do was to let the property sell. He says that this is due to the amount of property that was entering the market at the time at enormous sacrifices
