Correspondence between members of the UCC (United Church of Christ) in regards to the trials and prison time of the Wilmington Ten. The Wilmington Ten are sometimes referred to as the Wilmington Nine, and Ben Chavis is referred to as a separate entity. The Council from Boger United Church of Christ in Rockwell, NC, writes to express their discontent with the UCC's support of Ben Chavis and also expresses that they felt they should have more say in who was hired as a community mediator.
